“Pura Vida!”

This house’s construction was completed in 2009 with the “open living concept”. It is part of Vista Tres Bahias (View of Three Bays) community in Los Suenos and sits high on a hill. The road is gated insuring privacy and security.

The house has four (4) complete suites, all with individual bathrooms. The office has a queen sleeper so it can potentially sleep five (5) couples. And there are televisions located in every room. There is an interior courtyard complete with courtyard and grassy area.

There is both a washer and dryer for laundry, as well as a full garage capable of accommodating two (2) full-size cars.

The house is outfitted with a computer, located in the office, and WiFi internet.

The first floor has a full kitchen, a living area and a very large eating area.

The back patio has an outdoor grill and pool with jacuzzi tub.

The house comes with access to the community’s private beach club. Stay in Costa Rica manages the property and can arrange for special events, excursions, or activities.

It is approximately one (1) hour west of San Jose and is about 4km north of Jaco, a local surfing town.
